TWINMASTER™ Carbide Tipped Deep Hole Drill
Sterling Gun Drills offers a two flute, deep hole drill called TWINMASTER™, This drill is available in diameters from .197" to 1.02", with overall length's to 36". Nose grind geometry and tip and flute clearance allow this coolant feed drill to be used for a wide variety of materials, including several types of steel. A unique "Rota-V" tip to tube braze joint virtually lock the two components together. Initial testing defines this connection by successfully drilling through a 6" steel bar with an unbrazed drill! The Twinmaster drill can be used with gundrilling equipment as well as manual or CNC milling or turning machines with either high pressure or the Sterling Gun Drills Spraymist System.
